There is no difference at all! Since both words are used in Europe and the US respectively we also use them for referring to the same type and quality of product.
Inches are used in the American metric system and centimeters (cm) in the European one.
All my artworks are available as black or white wooden framed, unframed on matte paper and as wrapped canvas. Frames and canvasses are ready for hanging.
Yes! Always depending on my schedule and on what you have in mind. I might not be familiar with whatever you want a poster/print for, so please include a detailed description about what your thoughts for the design. Also, reference images are always a big help (and they are used just as an example). That been said, I still might not be able to come up with a design that suits your needs if it is something I am completely unfamiliar with. However, this is a very rare case so please do not hesitate to contact me.
Maybe. Since all my posters/prints are printed only after they are ordered, please contact me BEFORE you place your order so we can discuss it.
Please note that some of the posters/prints in my shop are displayed with a retro/distressed/urban/chalkboard effect applied to the design. They were deliberately created that way to add richness, classiness and character. These are not “black marks,” “grease spots,” “smeared printing,” or “damages to the print”! Please, carefully study the art styles of the product on my site and keep that in mind when ordering.

Please check the tracking number that was been sent to you or contact your local post office to get an official updates.
Unfortunately, I don’t offer printable files of my artworks.
If your order arrived damaged due shipping process, don’t worry! Please take pictures of the damaged area along with the packaging and send it to me as soon as possible. I will arrange for a replacement. If you do not contact me within seven (7) days after you received your order, I will assume that you are satisfied, the transaction is finalised and you can not ask for replacement.
Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting an order! Any order returned to me or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessfully delivered after several attempts, will result in new shipping fees charges. These charges will be a your’s responsibility.
If the postal service has proven to have lost your package, or if the transit timeframe has exceeded normality by several days, I’ll replace your order.
